Chef LeFeuvre was raised in the farming country of Brittany. He later entered Ecole Hoteliére in Tours, where he studied cooking for four years. Before coming to this country, LeFeuvre worked in several restaurants and as the chef to the Governor of Tahiti. In 1980 LeFeuvre opened the highly successful Froggy’s restaurant, specializing in French regional cooking. This year they are celebrating 30th years in the same location.
These French regional cooking classes are followed by a dining experience that is exquisite! They include wine with dinner. Bon Appetit!
