Appreciating Movies with Victor Aronovich is a journey through the world of film. You will examine the technical and aesthetic principles of movies. Drawing on a wide array of examples, these classes will look at the importance of story, film aesthetics, the craft of acting and the role of directors as film's authors.

If you are a layman who wants to know more about the world of film for personal entertainment, this is the class for you! This class brings to life the wonderful art of filmmaking. Class participants will watch numerous scenes from Oscar-winning films like A Beautiful Mind and Crash. Each presentation will provide audiences with informed opinions that will heighten your movie enjoyment!
