Learn the rules of table manners: the proper way to set the table, which fork to use and what to do if you drop it on the floor? After attending the Manners, Please Workshop and Dining Tutorial, your children will know the answers to these and other questions about manners and common courtesy. Also included: Introductions, Thank-you Notes, Accepting and Declining Invitations, and Telephone Etiquette.

About Patricia O’Brien

Instructor Patricia O’Brien has been trained and certified by the Washington School of Protocol to present etiquette programs to children, teens, and young adults. She has established Manners Please providing social skills for every occasion. Ms. O’Brien has successfully taught classes in etiquette at many park districts, libraries, schools and organizations in Chicago and the North Shore area. Her motto is “Let’s put civility back on the table.”
